About the Business
Birkby Construction offer a full design and build service which means we can act as a one-stop contractor, once planning permission is achieved. We can carry out all the structural, planning compliances and architectural works in house and thus ensure the project will be handed over completly ready for occupation (including hard and soft landscaping). This has many benefits, as the building in question can be purpose-designed for all clients. Our design team is highly skilled at reaching the correct design needed. We can also offer a build only service working alongside the clients design team. If required we would be pleased to apply our input from knowledge we have gained on previous and current projects. Contracts vary from £5,000, to a maximum of £5m, servicing both the commercial and domestic sectors.
