We have the knowledge to interpret what the client is looking for and the expertise to provide the solutions to their individual needs. Recent requests have been made for larger lifts due to certain illnesses and disabilities, size and level of access, ceiling mounted hoists, relationship between service areas and residential areas and increasingly the futuristic approach to specialist care in relation to smaller individual grouped units. Clients can relax in the confidence that whatever their request, no matter how specific, we will have dealt with parallel issues previously and successfully.
Working in partnership from the drawing board through to handing over the keys, our clients enjoy total customer satisfaction, support and comfort in our continued policy of an agreed quotation, completion to deadline and with minimal disturbance. We can also support our clients through any financial signposting they may require.
