C S Keogh & Son have been trading since 1995 and have a strong reputation throughout Leicestershire and the East Midlands. We are capable of undertaking a wide range of projects ranging from small contracts like conservatories to multi-million pound projects.
One of our most recent projects was the Denbigh Court in Lutterworth, a Ј 2,000,000 contract involving the conversion of a former hotel into 20 apartments and 3 townhouses. We worked hard to ensure that no two apartments were the same and we drew on our extensive knowledge to work closely with the local authorities as the premises were listed.
