We specialise in preparing planning applications and building regulation drawings for extensions and conversions to existing properties, right through to the design of bespoke new build homes. Established in 2008 by Matthew Newman, Case Designs offers a professional architectural design service throughout the South of England. Case Designs can provide a variety of architectural & CAD draughting services, from building design and planning right through to managing the pre-construction phase of your project.
From feasibility design, planning applications to building regulation submission, we have the technical expertise to ensure your building project is off to the best possible start. We have a close working relationship with Local Authorities, private Building Control companies, Structural Engineers and local builders so we can obtain all the fees involved for your building project and appoint the relevant professionals to work on your behalf.
