About the Business
We are specialists in replacing 'Sulphate Affected' or 'Red Ash' floors. Sulphate floor testing is usually requested by a surveyor and can be a real problem when it comes to selling your home. It is caused by the high level of sulphates found in the fill material underneath your floor. It is quite common in homes built between 1940 and 1972 although it's not restricted to that period. We can remove the suphate affected floors and replace them with fresh concrete, aswell as inserting a proper damp proof membrane so that the problem does not re-occur.
