Civic Design+Build was founded in 1995 as 'Civic Construction' by Kevin Edge, a local builder who saw a gap in the market for a professional design and build company in Hertfordshire. Starting out small, designing and building one home at a time, Civic has since established itself as one of Hertfordshire's most respected 'Design+Build' companies.
