Craymanor was established in 1998 and began by offering home extensions and alterations, standing out in a competitive industry by providing exceptional quality and service levels.

Our company director, David Phillips, was admitted to the Charted Institute of Building (CIOB) in 1998, and we were privileged to be awarded Chartered status for both Building and Construction work. We achieved this status as result of our dedication to consistently completing quality projects, representing great value for money to our customers.

We have come along way from our roots as builders and now offer a wide range of design and building services in South East London and Kent from our base in Sidcup, which not only includes quality home extensions, conservatories and loft conversions but also consultancy and project management along with building new homes and property refurbishment.

Our continued growth and success has come from our commitment to provide a fantastic service to all our clients, a promise that we made 26 years ago and continue to uphold to this day.

House and Office Refurbishments

Property refurbishment is often a process undertaken as part of our design and build projects, it's not unusual for us to provide this stand-alone service on some buildings, both commercial and private estates.

We’ve worked on the refurbishment on a variety of different buildings, beginning with private home renovations and office refurbishments, as well as historic buildings throughout South-Eastern England. We’re seen as specialists in this highly complex field of work and are a recommended contractors by the Listed Building Consent of Bromley Council. We aim to deliver quality services and ensure all targets are met despite tight deadlines.

Understanding the scope of the project and your requirements are paramount to any refurbishment and our experience with large-scale, both interior and outside renovations helps us do just that.
