Duaris has constructed a brand new high specification home for a client in Dormans Park which has been built to strict NHBC standards. This Detached Residence was constructed in 2013 and is a bespoke new home set in Luxurious Dormans Park Private Estate in Surrey, near East Grinstead. Duaris also built 2 traditional looking detached new homes in 2011 and 2012 in Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, set in mature plots and specifically designed to fit in with the charachter of the area.
Both were built to NHBC standards and were of a very high specification with triple garages and considerable outbuildings.
