About the Business
Duncan and Son Building Contractors was established in 1973 by Mungo Duncan, his son Brian and daughter Pauline to offer a high quality building service to the local area of Southwold. The company quickly established a reputation from which the company has flourished and grown. The core values of offering an exceptional level of service to the local area remains today. We also have some very long standing tradesmen and staff, some of whom have been with us for over 25 years. The partnership became a limited company in 2004 to enable it to move forward and expand as necessary to compete with the changing demands of the industry. Brian Duncan retired in December 2010, at which point Pauline and her son Mark took over the reins of the business.
Our offices are located at St. Edmunds Road in Southwold from where we run a busy yard with a large fleet of vehicles and a small shop.
