Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and WearThe most incompetent agency. Difficult to get them to answer the phone. We have been with them since September. Four times they have promised to return a call and we have received none. We requested our annual boiler service, but impossible to organise. So frustrated, contacted them by letter - no reply. I would recommend not to use this company under any circumstances. Either totally incompetent or con men. Dread to think what would happen if I had an emergency claim.
