Mark and his team were very professional throughout our build, work areas were always kept tidy and we were informed when anything disruptive was going to occur. We are very happy with the service we received from Mark and his team, nothing was too much trouble and work was completed to a high standard. We would definitely use M&T Builders for any future work we may need.
We have had two major improvement/renovation projects carried out by M T builders. Seventeen years ago they updated our sun lounge to a virtual extension, fitted a new bathroom, and renovated the back of the house with new windows, etc. Last year they fitted a new roof and completely upgraded the front elevation with new windows, a new balcony, porch, and a new front door. In both cases we were given excellent advice on design, appropriate materials, and how to achieve a high quality cost-effective solution. Both projects were completed per specification, on time, on cost and to an excellent standard.
