About the Business
Maitland Homes was formed in 1996, in association with a sister company who has had over 30 years standing in the building industry. Our team are based in the charming village of Needham Market, near Ipswich, and it is our passion for the beautiful county of Suffolk and it's building heritage that has provided the inspiration for our own home projects. Since our start, Maitland Homes have gone from strength to strength, and amongst our awards we are particularly proud of the special recognition given to us by Mid Suffolk Council's conservation and planning unit for our stunning development in Mendlesham.
