Grimsby, LincolnshireIf you're looking for a competent builder, look elsewhere. Hire an untrained chimp, a butcher, baker or candlestick maker! - anyone could do a better job. He does the cheapest job he can get away with, the work is worse than bad DIY standard, and the 10-year guarantee evaporates once he has all the money. Avoid at all costs - you have been warned.
