My name is Richard Sanders, from Richard Sanders Home Improvements. We are a small family run business, based in Wombwell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, carrying out home improvements and general building work throughout the Yorkshire region for 28 years.
Starting out from college as a joiner, I installed Windows and Doors, Kitchens and all other aspects of joinery for local customers. Due to my work ethic and high standards, but also offering value for money, we quickly expanded into offering customers a greater scope of works. Carefully recruiting builders, bricklayers and plasterers, we started taking on larger contracts such as Home Extensions and Loft Conversions. Maintaining our standards of workmanship and service, we have not had to advertise for over 12 years, with 95% of our work coming via customer recommendations.
