Whilst many people may be involved in a project, from bricklayers and roofers to electricians and decorators, we oversee the project management of the whole process and take responsibility for the work of every trade. This focus on quality, along with a practical approach of meeting deadlines and offering value for money is what makes Ridley Construction stand apart from the crowd.
All our tradesmen have the relevant experience, skills and industry qualifications to ensure a great job and Ridley Construction is a member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). This means we have been professionally vetted and checked by industry experts which provides credible proof of the quality of our work. We are also appropriately insured, as required for our ongoing accreditation with the FMB.

As well as all the work we have done in the residential market, we apply our same skills and experience to the commercial market and have extended and renovated offices, children’s nurseries and industrial units. Our clients have all benefitted from the creation of more space and an upgrade to their existing facilities, making them more modern and efficient. As with our residential projects, we work with a team of sub-contractors that we have known for years and oversee their work closely, controlling the whole project from start to finish.
Extensions
The majority of the work we do is extending houses and this has become increasingly popular over the last few years. House prices have become so expensive that for a family now to consider buying a larger house, it may be unaffordable. Extensions are popular because the extra space adds significant value to a property and also because moving house is both costly and stressful.
