We directly employ a skilled and experienced team who are committed and passionate about their reputation and workmanship. The company is run on a day-to-day basis by directors who understand the significance of employing a flexible and approachable team to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients in various demanding environments. Indeed over 70% of our workforce has been with us for over ten years whilst we also invest in our future through apprenticeships and work-experience opportunities.
In many ways Town and City Builders are a traditional company built on a family ethos. As we continue to grow we also embrace modern technologies and techniques.
