About the Business
We re-developed a plot on Sea Road, Carlyon Bay, St Austell for a private individual to produce a new luxury dwelling with outstanding sea views. We completed the property with granite paving and a modern kitchen. We demolished the original delapidated Gospel Hall and then undertook the construction of an enlarged and re-designed Hall on the same site.
The completed Gospel Hall was a finalist in the LABC Building Excellance Awards, Community Development section. WF Collings Buidling and Roofing Contractors is a family run business, eastblished in 1983 by Bill Collings who has developed the company from undertaking purely domestic work to now encompassing all forms of construction.
